Helen Lee

Helen L. Lee, 82, of Spartanburg, SC died Saturday, August 7, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born July 29, 1939 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Stanley and Bertha G. Gore Wright.

Helen attended Carolina Baptist Church. She loved to read her Bible, work in her garden, children, and western movies.

Survivors include her husband, Donald N. Lee of the home, her daughters, Karen R. Durham (Calvin Ray) of Boiling Springs, SC, Kristy Bobo (Robbie) of Spartanburg, SC, her son, William Ray Cody of Boiling Springs, grandchildren, Eric Durham (Courtney) of Woodruff, SC, Matthew Cody (Brittney) of Boiling Springs, SC, Gauge Bobo of Spartanburg, SC and Blaise Mascitelli of Spartanburg, SC, great grandchildren, Makayle Tillman, Madison Durham, Kinsley Durham, Ava Cody, Oakley Mascitelli, Addison George, and Brinlee Mascitelli, and brother, Jesse Wright of Inman, SC. She was also predeceased by a daughter, Mary Kay Cody, granddaughter, Shyanne Bobo, a brother, Johnny LeMaster, and a sister, Bertha Jean Pye.

Visitation will be 6:00 – 8:00 PM Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at Floyd’s Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at The View Cemetery, 5555 Parris Bridge Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.
