Martha Helen Rhinehart Horton, 92, of Inman, SC, died Wednesday, February 15, 2017, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born July 4, 1924, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Dow and Essie Mathis Rhinehart and widow of Harley P. Horton. Mrs. Horton was a member of First Baptist Church of Valley Falls and was previously employed at Carolina Cash. Survivors include her children, L. E. "Herb" Horton of Boiling Springs, SC, Hazel McBee of Spartanburg, SC, and Pat Brown (Wayne) of Lake Bowen, SC; 8 grandchildren, Jana Baron (John), Beth Cribbs (Danny), Christie O'Brien (John), Scott Horton, Daniel Horton, Joshua McBee, Jacob McBee, and Matthew McBee; and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 1:00-2:15 PM Friday, February 17, 2017, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. A graveside service will follow at 3:00 PM, in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Dr. David Lancaster.
