Helen Henderson

Helen Sizemore Henderson, 90, died Friday, January 18, 2013, at Cherrelyn Healthcare Center in Littleton, CO. Born March 17, 1922, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late Broadus E. and Stella M. George Quinn. She was widowed by her first husband, Marvin B. Sizemore, and her second husband, Charles Lafayette Henderson. Mrs. Henderson was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church in Roebuck, SC and also a member of Eastern Star. She was retired from Deering Milliken. Survivors include her daughters, Maxine Sizemore Appleby of Castle Rock, CO; and Karen Sizemore Champion (Wes) of Centennial, CO; stepdaughter, Mary Henderson Wilkins (Monte) of Cowpens, SC; three grandchildren, James, Melissa, and Michael; two step-grandchildren, Melissa and Carmen; three great-grandchildren, Eli, Asa, and Ana; and a sister, Sarah Quinn Michaud of Stafford, VA. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Friday, January 25, 2013, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Saturday, January 26, 2013, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Reid Bowyer.
