Hazel Tatsak

Hazel May Miller Tatsak, 97, of Spartanburg, SC, died Saturday, April 18, 2015, at Windsor House Assisted Living. Born May 6, 1917, in Butler, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ernest E. and Eva Stephenson Miller, and widow of William Basil Tatsak. Mrs. Tatsak had a servant's heart and was a very devoted and active member of Holy Communion Lutheran Church. She loved arts and crafts, was active in the Shepherd's Center for many years, and was a devoted member of DAR. Survivors include her son, Gary Tatsak (Sue) of Milwaukee, WI; grandchildren, Lisa Marie Tremper (Morgan) of Milwaukee, WI, Dr. Jason Tatsak of Appleton, WI, and Dr. Brian Tatsak of Milwaukee, WI; special friends and neighbors, Mary Harris, John Zeman, and the Bird family. Visitation will be 9:45-10:45 AM Wednesday, April 22, 2015, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, at the Chapel, conducted by Pastor B. Gene Baker. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307 with Pastor Jim Milligan officiating. Pallbearers are Jason Tatsak, Brian Tatsak, John Zeman, Keith Bird, and Gary Tatsak.
