The family extends heartfelt love and appreciation to all of the personnel at White Oak Estates, Hospice Care of SC, and family members who cared for Hazel during her years of confinement, but especially to her church family for the many visits, flowers, and cards. She was never forgotten because she was unable to attend for so many years and she never forgot what she referred to as, "my church, Morningside". The family is at the home.
