Hazel Albright

Hazel Worthy Albright, 86, died Saturday, April 2, 2011, at White Oak Manor. Born September 4, 1924, in Pacolet Mills, she was a daughter of the late William Thomas and Ninon Lovings Worthy and the widow of Elmer J. Albright. She was retired from Reeves Brothers and a member of Hammett Grove Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Billy Albright and wife Donna of Pacolet; daughters, Linda Winstead and husband, Rev. Charles Winstead, of Pacolet and Janice Moss of Duncan; seven grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Doyle Worthy of Pacolet Mills and Robert Worthy of Pacolet; sisters, Gail Winstead of Pacolet Mills, and Audrey Gilmer of Pacolet. She was predeceased by three brothers and four sisters. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Monday, April 4, 2011, at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel. Funeral services will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, April 5, 2011, at Hammett Grove Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Eddie Smith, the Rev. Charles Winstead, and the Rev. Paul Hogan. Burial will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of Billy and Donna Albright, 132 Rocking R Road, Pacolet.
