Harold Lovell

Harold William Lovell, 56, of Gaffney, SC, died Saturday, July 12, 2014, at Novant Health Gaffney Medical Center. Born November 20, 1957, in Medford, Oregon, he was the son of the late Warren William and Anne Belle Austin Lovell. He was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Lovell was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and a self-employed carpenter of Lovell and Hutchinson Enterprises, LLC. Survivors include longtime companion, Shirleen Brenda Hill Hughes of Cowpens, SC; two grandsons; step daughter, Vicki Robinson; step son, Mike Robinson; brothers James T. (Kay) Lovell of Pacolet, SC and Phillip Weixel of Spartanburg, SC; and sisters Rae (Gene) Ramos of Missouri, and Ellen Weixel of California. Visitation will be 6:00 - 8:00 PM Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at Floyd's Pacolet Chapel, 141 Memorial Drive, Pacolet, SC 29372. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Wednesday, July 16, 2014, conducted by the Rev. Shannon Faulkner. Burial with military rites by the U.S. Air Force Honor Guard will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens.
