Grace Louise Cribb Jennings, 96, of Spartanburg, SC, died Thursday, August 22, 2013, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born August 15, 1917, in Sumter, SC, she was the daughter of the late Richard Noah and Margaret Boyd Cribb, and widow of Lonnie Guy Jennings. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Mrs. Jennings was a member of First Presbyterian Church for 65 years where she was a Sunday School teacher for 25 years and kindergarten teacher for 20 years. Surviving are her children, Wade Jennings (Jane) of Rochester Hills, MI, Charles Jennings (Susan) of Soddy Daisy, TN, Jonathan Jennings (Janis) of Anderson, SC, David Jennings (Joyce) of Evanston, IL, and Sylvia Jennings of Spartanburg, SC; 8 grandchildren, Elizabeth Miller (Harris) of Oxford, MI, Jessica MacMaster (Dave) of Zeeland, MI, Sarah Gann (Keith) of Spring Hill, TN, Patrick Jennings (LeAnne) of Maryville, TN, James Jennings of Wethersfield, CT, John Jennings of Williamston, SC, Matthew Jennings (Susan) of Macon, GA, and Andrew Jennings (Allyson Ward) of Evanston, IL; 14 great-grandchildren, Noah, Hudson, and Lydia Miller, Graham, Grace, Ainslie, and Aaron MacMaster, Ethan, Thomas, Henry, Oliver, Owen, Lauren, and Justin Jennings; and sister-in-law, Louella Smith Cribb of Spartanburg, SC. In addition to her parents and husband, she is predeceased by brothers, Robert, Boyd, and Irvin Cribb; and sister, Frances Cribb. Visitation will be 1:00-2:30 PM Monday, August 26, 2013, at First Presbyterian Church Social Hall, 393 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29302. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM, at the church, conducted by the Rev. Dr. William L. Arthur and the Rev. Joanne Hull.
