Gloria Cashion

Gloria Swan Martin Cashion, 86, of Spartanburg, died Tuesday, September 6, 2011, at Valley Falls Terrace. Born November 22, 1924, in Orangeburg County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Daniel and Roenia Martin, and wife of the late James D. Cashion. She was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her nephew, David Salley, Jr. of Woodruff; niece, Diane Beard of Woodstock, GA; and several great-nieces and great-nephews. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 Wednesday, September 7, 2011, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 AM Thursday, September 8, 2011, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, by the Rev. Larry W. Monday. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Valley Falls Terrace, 400 Locust Grove Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
