Loving Husband, Brother, Uncle, and Friend. Glenn Reece Tutterrow, beloved husband of Doris J. Blanken Tutterrow, passed peacefully into eternal rest on May 24, 2015 at home, surrounded by family. Glenn was born April 6, 1940 in Loudon, Tennessee to the late Marion Smith and Nellie Mae Hunt Tutterrow. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army. Glenn was employed at McRey's, LLC and was of the Baptist faith. Glenn and Doris were united in marriage in 1974 in Spartanburg, SC and were married 42 years prior to Glenn's passing. He is survived by one sister, Alma Griffin (Oscar) of Moore, SC; three brothers, Claude Tutterow (Doris) of Boiling Springs, SC; Frank Tutterow (Janet) of Spartanburg, SC; and Joe Tutterrow (Alice) of Boiling Springs, SC. Although having no children of their own, Glenn and Doris adopted "in their heart" their many nieces and nephews. Glenn was greatly loved and will be dearly missed by everyone that ever had the privilege to have him in their lives. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Tuesday, May 26, 2015 at Heritage Memorial Gardens, 3901 South Church Street, Roebuck, SC 29376 by the Rev. John Griffin.
