Geraldine S. Thompson, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and co-owner of the Blue Jean Outlet in Pacolet, SC, passed away on May 9, 2024, in Spartanburg, SC. She was born on November 17, 1942, in Charleston, West Virginia.

Geraldine is preceded in death by her parents, Lloyd Slack and Cora Anne Hill Slack. She also joins her two sisters, Havolene Evans and Patricia Keffer in eternal peace.
 
In her life journey, Geraldine was not only a dedicated wife to her husband of 62 years, Boyd,  but also a nurturing mother to her daughter, Debbie Thompson and son, Robbie Thompson (Cindy) Her caring nature extended to her granddaughter, Chelsea Adair (Travis) and she found joy in spending time with her three great grandchildren: Berkley, Sadie, and Sullivan.  

She is also survived by her brother, Jennings Slack (Patty). In this time of grief, Geraldine's family finds solace in each other's company and the memories they shared with her.

Geraldine was known for her unwavering generosity and love. Her warm presence and kind heart touched the lives of all who knew her. Whether it was through managing the responsibilities of her home or working alongside Boyd at the Blue Jean Outlet, she approached everything with a gentle spirit and dedication.
 
As we say goodbye to Geraldine, we hold onto the cherished moments and invaluable lessons she imparted during her lifetime. Her legacy of love and kindness will continue to live on through those who were fortunate enough to have known her.
 
May she rest in peace knowing that she was deeply loved and will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of being part of her life's journey.
 
The family will hold a private gathering to Celebrate Geraldine's life.
