Geraldine Moore

Geraldine Rebecca Roes Moore, 89, of Spartanburg, died Sunday, April 2, 2023, at Pacifica Skilled Nursing. She was born September 28, 1933, in Union, SC, a daughter of the late Bernard Anthony and Pearline Mitchell Roes.

Gerry was a member of Fernwood Baptist Church. She retired after many years of service from First Citizens Bank.

Surviving is a daughter, Laura Nunamacher (Jeff) of Greer, SC; a son, Tony Moore (Deborah) of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Sam Nunamacher (Monica), Zach Nunamacher (AJ), Ashley Ridings, and Lori Ezell; great-grandchildren, Lacey Ezell (Corey), Tara Coggins (Brandon) and Rick Ezell; and great-great grandchildren, Alice Elders, John Elders and Hadley Coggins.

A graveside service will be held 12 pm, Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Matthew K. Johnson. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside.
