Genevieve "Jenny" Williams Leslie Foster, 96, of Spartanburg, died Monday, July 25, 2011 at her home. Born August 17, 1914, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late James Smiley and Carrie Emily McMillan Williams, and widow of her first husband, the late Don Leslie, and second husband, the late Robert Leroy Foster. Jenny was a member of Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church where she was also a member of the Young At Heart Group and Fellowship Sunday School Class. Survivors include her sisters, Carrie Lou Williams of Spartanburg, and Sara Ruth McGrath of Orlando, FL; nephews, Mike Williams, and Robert McGrath and his wife Liz of Bradenton, FL; great nephew, Kin Anderson of Anderson, SC; great-niece, Cheryl Lynn Crassaris of Anderson, SC; and caregivers, Missy Brown, Emma Lopez, and Ann Queen. She was predeceased by three brothers; nephew, James Allan Williams; a niece, Carolyn W. Anderson; and a caregiver, Patricia Keller. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 AM Saturday, July 30, 2011 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Scott S. Gilmer. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens. Honorary escort will be members of the Fellowship Sunday School Class of Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Gravely Memorial United Methodist Church, 7400 Lone Oak Blvd., Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family is at the home.
