Geneva Hogan

Geneva Cash Hogan, 87, formerly of Pacolet, died Saturday, December 1, 2012, at White Oak Manor. Born June 5, 1925 in Bostic, NC, she was the widow of Walter Harvey "Shorty" Hogan, Jr. and daughter of the late Broadus and Rhoda Self Cash. She was retired lunchroom manager for Spartanburg School District 3 and a member of Pacolet First Baptist Church. Survivors are son, Donald Hogan and wife Pat of Pacolet; nine grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and sister, Flossie Mae Harmon and husband Alfred of Rutherford County, NC. She was predeceased by sons, Robert Hogan and Michael Hogan. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Monday, December 3, 2012 at Pacolet First Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the church, conducted by the Rev. Tommy Sparks. Burial will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Pacolet First Baptist Church, 310 W.
