Gayle Williams

Gayle Kennedy Williams, 83, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, August 5, 2019, at The Waterford at Dillon Pointe. Born April 22, 1936 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late William Ray and Marie Eugenia Farmer Kennedy and widow of Vernon Mace Williams. Mrs. Williams was a registered nurse, retired from Spartanburg Health Department and a member of First Baptist Spartanburg. Survivors include her sister, Jean Kennedy Noland of Wellford, SC; daughter, Nancy Elizabeth Williams of Spartanburg; grandson, Rodney Williams Clary (Rikki) of Duncan, SC and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be 10:00 AM Friday, August 9, 2019, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by Pastor Robert Emory.
