Gary Lynn

Gary Robert Lynn, 69, of Spartanburg, SC, died Thursday, August 6, 2015, at McCall Hospice House, Simpsonville, SC. Born November 8, 1945, in Ringgold, GA, he was the son of the late Robert and Belle Lynn. A U. S. Marine veteran, having served in Vietnam, Mr. Lynn was of the Baptist Faith and a driver for Superior Carriers. Survivors include his beloved wife of 47 years, Peggy Lynn; daughter, Pam Capers (Alvin) of Atlanta, GA, and brothers, Donald Lynn and Anthony Lynn both of Ringgold, GA. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, August 9, 2015, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29306. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, August 10, 2015, in First Baptist Memorial Park, 425 West Oak Highway, Westminster, SC 29693, conducted by the Rev. Joe White.
