Freddie Brady

Freddie Mack Brady, 82, of Moore, SC, died Tuesday, October 26, 2021 at his home. Born March 8, 1939 in Elberton, GA, he was the son of the late James Fred and Nina Maxwell Brady.

Mr. Brady earned his bachelor’s degree at Piedmont College in Demarest, GA, and his master’s degree in Education at Clemson University. He was retired from the Georgetown County School System.  Freddie was a member of St. Matthias’ Episcopal Church of Toccoa, GA.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda Kay Bramlett Brady, his sons, Matthew R. Brady of Spartanburg, SC, and Jim M. Brady (Jon Mathers) of Pawleys Island, SC, and his constant companion, “Girlie” his Boston Terrier. Along with his parents, he was also predeceased by his daughter, Teresa Marie Brady, and his sister, Dorothy Brady.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
