Frank Strange

Frank K. "Kenny" Strange, 74, of Spartanburg, died Wednesday, January 2, 2013, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born October 8, 1938, in Spartanburg, he was the son of the late Oscar Mitchell and Grace Ann Rhinehart Strange and husband of the late Marie Virginia Powell Strange. Kenny was retired from Mayfair Mills and of the Baptist faith. Survivors include his son, Steve Salazar of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Terri Bridges (Henry) of Boiling Springs, SC; grandchildren, Jessica, Cory, Kyle, and Noah; and brother, Wayne O. Strange of Tennessee. In addition to his wife and parents, he was predeceased by a son, Craig Strange; brothers, Paul, Bobby, Leroy, and Rex Strange; and a sister, Katie Holley. Visitation will be 1:30-3:00 PM Friday, January 4, 2013, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM, at the Chapel. Burial will be private.
