Frank Loden Sr.

Frank Loden, Sr., 67, of Moore, SC, died Friday, March 30, 2018 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born February 5, 1951 in Weed, CA, he was the son of the late Oliver Eugene and Mary Frances Williams Loden. A U.S. Army veteran of Vietnam, Mr. Loden was a member of Crossroads Baptist Church and a former member of the Spartanburg Harley Group. He was a retired machinist and was an avid motorcycle enthusiast. Survivors include his loving wife, Barbara Greene Moss Loden, son, Frank E. Loden, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC; daughter, Tami Loden Beckett (Michael) of Carson City, NV; stepsons, John "Les" Moss of Chesnee, SC; James "Bo" Moss (Bethany) of Inman, SC; stepdaughter, Robin E. Moss of Spartanburg, SC; granddaughter, Karyn Eck of Reno, NV; 11 grandchildren, Robbie, Bobby, Nikki, Holden, Magen, Carrie, Caysie Moss, Jessi Chapman, Jessie Allen, Kevin Mull, and Sarah Bryant; 14 step-grandchildren; sister, Teresa Loden Adams of Union, SC; and nephew, Brett Adams of Union, SC. Along with his parents, he was also predeceased by a brother, Douglas Lamar Loden. Visitation will be 12:30 - 1:45 PM Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Crossroads Baptist Church Sanctuary, 130 Conway Black Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral service will be 2:00 PM at the church, conducted by Pastor Rich Lancaster. Entombment with military rites will follow in Heritage Memorial Gardens Prophets Mausoleum, 3901 South Church Street, Roebuck, SC 29376.
