Frank Gilbert

Frank Cleatus Gilbert, 54, of Inman, SC, died Tuesday, December 13, 2016, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born February 17, 1962, in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Sarah Louise Robbins Gilbert of Wellford, SC and the late Cleatus Ryan Gilbert. He was of the Methodist faith. In addition to his mother, survivors include his wife of 19 years, Susan Kyle Gilbert of the home; two sisters, Sarah Hensley of Inman, SC and Ann Lee of Wellford, SC; numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and one great-great-niece. The family will host a service honoring his memory at the home of his mother, Mrs. Sarah L. Gilbert, at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family is at the home of his mother.
