Frank Bailey

Frank Steven Bailey, 66, of Drayton, died Saturday, March 12, 2011 at his home. Born October 31, 1944 in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Frank T. Bailey, Jr. and Eddie Sue Clardy Bailey. He was a security officer for Carolina Security at Dorman High School. He was of the Baptist faith and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Survivors include his wife, Carla Meek Bailey; three sons, Frank T. Bailey and wife Laura of Duncan, Joshua E. Bailey and wife Crystal of Drayton, and Curtis Semones of Boiling Springs; a daughter, Beth Potter and husband Daryll of Gaffney; and a grandson, Cameron Spencer Bailey. Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 PM Wednesday, March 16, 2011 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, March 17, 2011 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Frank E. Lybrand. The family is at the home of his parents-in-law, Sherman and Shirley Meek, 232 Pineville Road, Spartanburg.
