Frances Quinn

Frances Williams Quinn, 68, of Spartanburg, died Sunday, January 1, 2012. A native of Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Jesse and Leila Williams. She was the wife of Charles D. Quinn. She was a member of Westgate Free Will Baptist Church. Also surviving are two sons, Eric W. Quinn and David A. Quinn and wife Cathy D.; three grandchildren, Jesse, Katelyn and Emily Quinn; a sister, Margie Newton; and brothers, Doffus Williams, Earl Rodgers, and Walter Williams. Visitation will be 12:30-1:45 PM Wednesday, January 4, 2012 at Westgate Free Will Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM at the church, conducted by the Rev. Kevin Smith. Burial will be in Westwood Memorial Gardens. Memorials may be made to Westgate Free Will Baptist Church Building Fund, P. O. Box 219, Arcadia, SC 29320.
