Frances Kimbrell

Frances Joan Greer Kimbrell died Friday, July 22, 2011, at her home. She was the daughter of the late Claude W. and Geneva Morrow Greer and the widow of J. C. Kimbrell. She was a retired customer service representative at Prym Dritz. Survivors include two daughters, Marie Engley (Robert) of Chesnee and Debra Kimbrell of Charleston, SC; two grandsons, Christian Engley of Boston, MA and Caleb Engley (Amanda) of Boiling Springs, SC; a great-grandson, Tyler Engley of Boiling Springs; a brother, Buddy Greer (Shirley) of Boiling Springs; and a nephew, Tony Eubanks (Angie) of Roebuck, SC. She was predeceased by a son, Rick Kimbrell. Visitation will be 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2011, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, July 25, 2011, at Boiling Springs Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Joseph Long. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Mobile Meals Service, PO Box 461, Spartanburg, SC 29304. The family is at the home of her daughter, Marie Engley, 155 Lawrence Lane, Chesnee.
