Florence Pearson

Florence Haulbrook Pearson, 89, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, July 18, 2014, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born March 28, 1925, in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of the late A. I. Haulbrook and Sue Pitts Haulbrook, and widow of David W. Pearson. A graduate of Roebuck High School and Valedictorian of her class, Mrs. Pearson was a member of Cedar Springs Baptist Church and retired from Bellsouth Telephone Company. Survivors include her son, Dane Pearson (Linda) of Spartanburg, SC; granddaughter, Dana Guandolo (Bill) of Charlotte, NC; and great-grandson, Daniel Guandolo. A graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 AM Monday, July 21, 2014, in Poplar Springs Baptist Church Cemetery, 790 Highway 417, Moore, SC 29369, by Dr. David Boyter. Visitation will follow at the graveside.
