Florence Haddock Hollifield, 84, of Spartanburg, SC, died Tuesday, January 31, 2017, at White Oak Estates-Spartanburg. Born March 13, 1932, in Memphis, TN, she was the daughter of the late Isaac J. and Katie Sykes Haddock and widow of James E. Hollifield, Sr. She was a member of Turning Point Free Will Baptist Church. Surviving are her children, James E. Hollifield, Jr. of Spartanburg, SC, Debra Kay Bayne (Tony) of Cowpens, SC, and Mary Ann Hirsch (Kurt) of Spartanburg, SC; seven grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren with one on the way. Visitation will be 10:00-10:45 AM Friday, February 3, 2017 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, at the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Todd Black. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307.
