Feliciano Nunez Coronado

Feliciano Nunez Coronado, 89, of Spartanburg, passed away on Thursday, May 11, 2023.  He was born June 9, 1933, in Jesus Maria, Jalisco, Mexico, to the late Ramon Nunez De LaPaz and Maria Coronado Quiroz.

Feliciano was a member of St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church and the co-founder of Corona Mexican Restaurants in Spartanburg and Greenville.

Survivors include his wife, Teresa M. Nunez; two sons, Luis and Vicente; five daughters, Estela, Rosalinda, Alma, Adriana, and Josefina; 19 grandchildren and two great grandchildren; two sisters, Soccorro Sierra, and Marta Rosas; and a brother, Angel Nunez.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00AM, Tuesday, May 23, 2023, at St Paul the Apostle Catholic Church, 290 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC  29302, conducted by the Rev. David R. Whitman. Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC  29307.
