Faye Oxley

Faye Kent Oxley, 90, of Spartanburg, SC, went to be with the Lord Saturday, July 7, 2018 at White Oak North Grove. Born April 21, 1928 in Union, SC, she was the daughter of the late Starling Monroe and Bernice Charles Kent. Faye was a member of Fairforest Baptist Church. She is survived by a daughter, Donna Johnson (Tom); loving grandchildren and great grandchildren; daughter in law, Susan Oxley; sisters, Sarah Caldwell and Rachel Brady; and brother, Paul Kent. She was also predeceased by a son Ty Oxley, sister, Dora Stroble and brother, Charles Kent. Visitation will be 10:00 - 10:45 AM Tuesday, July 10, 2018 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral service will be 11:00 AM, conducted by The Rev. Rob Gouge and Mrs. Jennifer McClain, Eulogist. Burial will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to Fairforest Baptist Church, 115 Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29301. The family will be at their respective homes.
