Eva Hicks

Eva Marie Fowler Hicks, 55, of Chesnee, SC died Thursday, June 3, 2021 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born February 9, 1966 in Hendersonville, NC, she was the daughter of Marie Spicer Cole of Clifton, SC, and the late Harmon “Bully” Fowler.

Mrs. Hicks was a member of Alverson Grove Baptist Church and she loved life being with her family and friends.

In addition to her mother she is survived by her husband of 38 years, Jeffrey Scott “Scottie” Hicks; sons, Justin Hicks and Travis Hicks of Chesnee, SC; granddaughter, Haylie Hicks; brothers, Timmy Fowler and Monroe Fowler of Fingerville, SC, and her beloved German Shepherd “Buddy”. She was predeceased by a brother, Dean Fowler.

Visitation will be held 12:00-1:30 PM Monday, June 7, 2021, at Floyd’s Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316, with funeral services following at 2:00 PM in the Chapel conducted by The Rev. Andy Case. Burial will be in Alverson Grove Baptist Church Cemetery, 3695 Peachtree Road, Inman, SC 29349.
