Eugenia Bollhoefer

Eugenia "Jill" Forbes Bollhoefer, 76, of Inman, SC, died Wednesday, October 19, 2016, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born August 17, 1940, in Oak Park, IL, she was the daughter of the late Colonel Sidney M. Forbes and Eugenia H. Forbes. A graduate of Siena High School and attendee of Mundelein College in Illinois, Jill loved the beach and enjoyed lighthouse sightseeing. She was a member of Jesus, Our Risen Savior Catholic Church, a volunteer for Mobile Meals Service and the Mental Health Association, and retired from Human Resources with Denny's Corporation. Survivors include her son, Scott A. Bollhoefer (Mindy) of Spartanburg, SC, and his father, Terry L. Bollhoefer; sister, Joan Moreland of Portland, OR; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and friends, including dear niece, Jeanne Gierczak and cherished friend, Diane Hoch. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by three brothers, Dick Forbes, Jim Forbes, and Jack Forbes. The Rosary will begin at 6:00 PM with visitation following until 8:00 PM Friday, November 4, 2016, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306. A Mass of Christian Burial will be conducted at 10:00 AM Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Jesus, Our Risen Savior Catholic Church, 2575 Reidville Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29301, by the Rev.
