Ernestine Steighner

Ernestine "Nana" Worhatch Steighner, 76, of Cabot, PA, passed away early Monday morning September 23, 2013, at Mary Black Memorial Hospital in Spartanburg, SC. Born June 25, 1937, she was the beloved wife of the late Daniel F. Steighner I and daughter of the late Mary and Maximilian Worhatch II. She is survived by her brother Maximilian J. Worhatch III (Maxine); three sons and two daughters, Daniel F. II (Stacie), L. Sean, Victoria A. (Basel), Gregory, and Karla A.; seven grandchildren, Alexandra, Brittany, Cassandra, Iman, Sami, Joey, and Sarah. "Nana" enjoyed working with crafts, gardening, crossword puzzles and watching mystery and detective television shows. She also loved her pet cats and dogs. She was a graduate of Mars High School and graduated from Duquesne University with a Pharmacy Degree. A Celebration of Life visitation will be held 6:00-7:00 PM Thursday, September 26, 2013, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306.
