Erik Reed Rohlman, 54, of Moore, SC, died Sunday, August 24, 2014. Born October 26, 1959, in Alexandria, VA, he was the son of the late Walter Charles and Sylvia Marie Dumas Rohlman. As a father to Erica, Reed, Sylvia and so many others that called his home theirs, Erik's spirit, joy and caring for others lives on. Erik, as a husband, brother, uncle, friend and neighbor, consistently mentored, encouraged, and motivated. He was a truly unforgettable human being who believed in sharing with all...the celebration of life. Erik attended Florida State University and was a member of First Baptist Church of Spartanburg. He was an entrepreneur and co-founder of Zike Inc. of Greenville. Survivors include his loving wife of 22 years, Jennifer Kathleen Wood Rohlman; children, Erica Reed Rohlman of the home, Reed Wayne Rohlman of Clemson, SC, and Sylvia Kathleen Reed Rohlman of the home; brothers, Karl Reed Rohlman of Pensacola, FL, Paul Reed Rohlman (Paranan) of Navarre, FL, Adam Reed Rohlman (Allison) of Gainesville, FL, and Dana Reed Rohlman of Fort Walton Beach, FL; seven nieces and nephews, Amy, Lacey, Julia, Jacob, Amber, Rachel, and Chance. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by a brother, Mark Reed Rohlman. Visitation will be 9:00-10:45 AM Thursday, August 28, 2014, at First Baptist Church of Spartanburg, 250 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29306. Funeral services will follow at 11:00 AM, at the church, conducted by the Rev. Seth Buckley.
