Erica Nichols

Erica Danielle Gilbert Nichols, 29, of Converse, SC, died Thursday, December 15, 2022 at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born February 25, 1993 in Spartanburg, SC, she was the daughter of Donald Eric Gilbert and Vickie Lynn Combs.

Erica was a previously a caregiver/CNA. She was of the Baptist faith. Erica was a loving mother and friend to many.

Survivors include her parents of Spartanburg, SC; her children, Kenley Nichols, Paisley Nichols, Rhett Nichols, and Hudson Gillenwater; her siblings, Eric Gilbert of Pacolet, SC, Peggy Bray of Jacksonville, FL, and Melissa Morgan of Waycross, GA; and her grandmother, Gladys Murphy.

Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:15 p.m. Thursday, December 22, 2022 at Floyd’s Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 East Main Street, Spartanburg, SC 29307. A Funeral service will be at 2:30 p.m. at the chapel.
