Emma Delay

Emma Marita Delay, 67, of Pacolet, SC died Sunday, September 12, 2021 at her home. Born February 17, 1954 in Fletcher, NC, she was the daughter of the late John Calvin and Mattie Lorene Reeves Perry.

Rita was a childcare provider with New Beginnings Christian Fellowship of Pacolet.

Survivors include her daughters, Carrie Nance (Timothy) of Pacolet, SC and Sheila Gregory (James) of Jonesville, SC, three grandsons, one granddaughter, and a special niece, Sandy Perry of Cowpens, SC. She is also predeceased by her brother, Donald Perry.

A Graveside service will be at 2:00 PM Wednesday, September 15, 2021 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307.

The family will be at the home.
