Ella Brice

Ella Mae Brice, 84, formerly of Shoally Park Drive, died Saturday, February 27, 2010, at White Oak Manor. Born December 16, 1925, in Henderson County, NC, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Harly Tweed and Maud Lois Fox and the wife of the late Albert Harvey Brice. She was a homemaker and a member of Fairforest Church of God. Survivors include a daughter, Janice B. Westbrooks and her husband Joe of Boiling Springs; a son, Danny Brice and his wife Trish of Spartanburg; two grandchildren, Deon Brice and Michelle Brice-Byrd; three great- grandchildren, Kelsee Byrd, Carson Brice, and Gabrielle Brice; a sister, Evelyn Gwinn of Spartanburg; and a daughter-in-law, Joyce Brice of Moore. She was predeceased by a son, Clarence Albert Brice; a grandson, Danny Wayne Brice; and several sisters and brothers. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, March 1, 2010, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens conducted by the Rev. John H. Petty, III. Following the graveside service, the family will go to Fairforest Church of God where they will receive friends and celebrate the life of Mrs. Brice.
