Elizabeth Wilson

Elizabeth Luan Mace Wilson, 63, of Inman, SC, died Sunday, May 31, 2015, at her home. Born January 26, 1952, in Conway, SC, she was the daughter of the late William Carlisle Mace and Elsie Mae Owensby Mace. Mrs. Wilson was a member of Foothills Presbyterian Church. She enjoyed cooking, was an avid bargain shopper, loved to travel with family and friends, and was formerly employed with Amerigas. In the past, she was active in the foster care program. As her foster children grew, childcare continued for friends and neighbors. Surviving is her loving husband of 44 years, Roger Dale Wilson; children, Tyria Michelle Temple (Michael) of Campobello, SC and Roger Allen Wilson (Cheryl) of Inman, SC; grandchildren, Cara, Alyssa, Makensie, Haylee, Katelyn, Joseph, and Emily; brother, Phillip Mace of Perdido, AL; and sister-in-law, Vicki Wilson Davidson of Old Fort, NC. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, June 4, 2015, at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 N, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Funeral services will be conducted at 4:00 PM Friday, June 5, 2015, at the Chapel, by the Rev. Andy Case. Burial will be in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 Boiling Springs Rd., Boiling Springs, SC 29316. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hope Center for Children, PO Box 1731, Spartanburg, SC 29304. The family is at the home of her husband, Roger Dale Wilson.
