Elizabeth Jolley

Elizabeth Parker Jolley, 89, of Boiling Springs, South Carolina, went home to be with the Lord on November 26, 2021.  She was born on June 23, 1932, daughter of the late George Martin and Annie Ross Parker.  Along with her parents, she was predeceased in death by her husband, Roy Keller Jolley, senior.

She graduated from Boiling Springs High School and Rutledge College.  She was a retired textile employee with 32 years of service.  Mrs. Jolley was a charter member of Crossroad Missions and a member of Boiling Springs First Baptist Church.

She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Beth and Allen Newman of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; a son and daughter-in-law, Roy junior and Wanda Jolley of Boiling Springs, South Carolina;  three granddaughters and their husbands, Amanda and Ben Harding of Columbia, South Carolina Rebecca and Joel Chrisfield of Moore, South Carolina and Skyler and Blake Haney of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; one grandson, Nicholas Alessi of Boiling Springs, South Carolina; two great grandsons, William Harding of Columbia, South Carolina and Lincoln Haney of Boiling Springs, South Carolina.  Mrs. Jolley is also survived by several nieces and nephews.  She was predeceased by her sisters, Margaret Lawhorn and Odessa Porter; brothers, Robert, James, Walter, Cecil and Grady Parker.  She was the last surviving member of her family.

Graveside services will be held at 2:00PM, Sunday, November 28, 2021 at Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, South Carolina, 29316, conducted by The Reverend Doctor Hank Williams.  The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the graveside.  Memorials may be made to Boiling Springs First Baptist Church, 3600 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, South Carolina, 29316 or to Spartanburg Regional Foundation, Post Office Box 2624, Spartanburg, South Carolina, 29304.
