Elizabeth Henderson

Elizabeth Jean Henderson, 65, of Spartanburg, SC died Saturday, September 10, 2016 at Magnolia Manor. Born August 27, 1951 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of Hazel Ridings Cooley of Spartanburg and the late Wofford Andrew Henderson. Elizabeth was a longtime employee of Spartanburg Regional Medical Center and was a member of First Baptist-North Spartanburg. In addition to her mother, survivors include a sister, Brenda Moore of Pacolet, SC; brother, Steve Henderson (Teresa) of Campobello, SC; nephew, Jason Hyatt of Boiling Springs, SC; nieces, Kelly Waldrop of Cowpens, SC; Christina Hickman of Boiling Springs, SC; and five great nieces and nephews. She was also predeceased by a sister, Mary Ann Hyatt. Visitation will be 5:00 - 7:00 PM Monday, September 12, 2016 at Floyd's Boiling Springs Chapel, 4161 Hwy 9 North, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Funeral service will be 3:00 PM Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at the Chapel. Burial will follow in Good Shepherd Memorial Park, 4164 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316. Memorials may be made to the Spartanburg Humane Society, 150 Dexter Road, Spartanburg, SC 29303. The family will be at their respective homes.
