Miss Elizabeth "Beth" Cannon Bradley, 98, formerly of 115 Elderberry Drive, Spartanburg, died Sunday, July 15, 2012, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born May 20, 1914, in Polk County, NC, she was the daughter of George Hampton Bradley Sr. and Annie Belle Cannon Bradley. Miss Bradley retired from Cherokee Textiles as the executive bookkeeper. She was the oldest member of First Presbyterian Church in Spartanburg. Her niece Libby Sawyer always made sure she had the best of care and checked on her daily the three years she was in the nursing home. Surviving are her sister, Emily B. Reid of Spartanburg; and several nieces and nephews, all of which were very special to her. She was predeceased by a sister, Ruth P. Bradley; and brothers, George H. Bradley, William T. Bradley, Dan Bradley, and David D. Bradley. A graveside service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Tuesday, July 17, 2012, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Lynda F. Moore. The family will receive friends at the graveside following the service.
