Edith White

Edith Byrd White, 84, of Taylorsville, NC, formerly of Floyd Road, Spartanburg, died Friday, December 16, 2011, at Valley Nursing Center in Taylorsville. Born February 4, 1927, in Maryland, she was the daughter of the late David Henry and Eleanor Parsley Byrd. Survivors include Rex White of Fayetteville, GA; and her sister, Betty Troxel of Silver Springs, MD. She was predeceased by her daughter, Brenda White. A graveside service was conducted at 1:00 PM Monday, December 19, 2011, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, by the Rev. Bill Brannon of Riverdale, GA.
