Dorothy Rhames

Dorothy Collins Rhames, 77, of Spartanburg, SC, died Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home. Born April 7, 1937, in Marion, SC, she was the daughter of the late John Hubert Collins and Imar Pulley. Mrs. Rhames was a retired CNA from White Oak Estates and also worked many years at Plastic Injectors. Survivors include two sons, Clifford Rhames and his wife, Cynthia, and Reginald Rhames and special friend, Teresa Murray, all of Spartanburg, SC; a sister, Jean Cook, of Marion, SC; and a special companion, Wayne Mills, of Spartanburg, SC. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Tuesday, April 7, 2015 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, 2075 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29307. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 8, 2015 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel conducted by the Rev. Mike Royal. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Dr., Spartanburg, SC 29303 or Mobile Meals, 419 E. Main St., Spartanburg, SC 29302.
