Dorothy Hyleman

Dorothy "Dot" Henard Hyleman, 90, of Spartanburg, SC died Friday, March 26, 2021 at Pacifica Senior Living Skylyn. Born April 28, 1930 in Spartanburg County, she was the daughter of the late Ralph Lloyd and Ruth Henderson Henard and the wife of the late Thomas "Tommy" Hyleman. Dot was a self-employed Cosmetologist and a lifelong member of Clifton First Baptist Church. Survivors include her son, Larry Hyleman (Eileen) of Cowpens, SC, grandson, Lt. Col. Zachary Hyleman (Rebecca) of Midland, GA, granddaughters, Kristina Bradley (Nate) and Katie Hyleman, both of Spartanburg, and 15 great grandchildren. She was also predeceased by her sister, Jessie Mae Smith. Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Monday, March 29, 2021 in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Road, Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by The Rev. Brian Harris.
