Dorothy Bridges Eaker Baumann, 92, formerly of Cowpens, SC, died Thursday, October 6, 2022, at her home. Born June 29, 1930, in Cherokee County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Floyd and Lois Cook Bridges.
Dot was retired owner and operator of the Wagon Wheel Fish Camp and Wagon Wheel Drive-In in Cowpens. She was a member of River Hills Baptist Church.
Survivors include her grandchildren, Hughston Reeves and Seth Brannon (Jan); a great-granddaughter, Lana Brannon; her stepdaughter, Gretchen Lutz (Brad); and her stepson, Scott Baumann (Tammy).
Along with her parents, she was also predeceased by her daughter, Sherry Eaker; her first husband, Hugh Eaker and her second husband, Daniel James Baumann.
Visitation will be 1:00 - 1:45 pm Tuesday, October 18, 2022 at River Hills Baptist Church, 5762 Reidville Road, Moore, SC 29369. A Memorial service will be at 2:00 pm, at the church, conducted by The Rev. C. Kent Smith and The Rev. Ben Reeves.
