Doris Elvina Campbell Smith, 95, of Boiling Springs, died Wednesday, February 22, 2012, at her home. Born November 26, 1916, in Albany, NY, she was the daughter of the late William S. and Elvina Leader Chew Campbell, and wife of the late Roland Campbell Smith. Mrs. Smith was a member of Second Presbyterian Church of Spartanburg and a graduate of Albany High School. Survivors include her daughter, Jeanette Reeves and husband Bryant Reeves Jr. of Boiling Springs, SC; son, John C. Smith and wife Beverly of Jacksonville, FL; grandchildren, John C. Smith II and Jeanine Smith of Jacksonville, FL, Bridgette Fullington of Kansas City, KS, Bryant J. Reeves III of Canton, GA, and Jason C. Reeves of Columbia, SC; great-grandchildren, Jordon Drexler, Emory Fullington IV, Sara Beth Fullington, Camp Reeves, Andy Reeves, Katie Reeves, and Amelia Reeves; and numerous nieces and nephews; She was predeceased by brothers and sisters, William Campbell, Florence Dwyer, Colin Campbell, and Grace Ramsey. Visitation will be 11:00-11:45 AM Saturday, February 25, 2012, at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. A graveside service will follow at 12:15 PM, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by the Rev. Steven H. Rhodes and Mr. Mark Moxley. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Second Presbyterian Church, 438 North Church Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303. Pallbearers are John C. Smith II, Brian Kelly, Jordon Drexler, B. J. Reeves, Jason Reeves, and Emory Fullington III. Honorary escort is Circle 1 from Second Presbyterian Church. The family is at the home at 119 Seay Place Drive, Boiling Springs, SC 29316.
