Doris Green

Doris Duggins Green, 88, of Spartanburg, SC, died Friday, October 27, 2017, at White Oak Manor-Spartanburg. Born July 13, 1929, in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Roy Elbert and Elva Wood Duggins. Mrs. Green was a lifelong member of Drayton Baptist Church and was a member of the Rebekah Sunday School class. She enjoyed singing in the choir. She was retired from Southern Bell. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Ruth Duggins and twin sister, Dora Faye Duggins. She is survived by her special friend, Charles R. McClellan. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Visitation will be 1:30-2:15 PM Sunday, October 29, 2017, at Drayton Baptist Church, 11 Floyd Circle, Spartanburg, SC 29301 with funeral services following at 2:30 PM, conducted by the Rev. David Frost. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park, 1955 Cannons Campground Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to at Drayton Baptist Church, P.O.
