Donnie Hall

Donnie Wayne Hall, 73, of Spartanburg, SC, died Monday, February 22, 2016, at his home. Born June 14, 1942 in Converse, SC, he was the son of the late Clayton and Alease Swofford Hall and husband of the late Betsy Ann Pye Hall. Mr. Hall served in the United States Marine Corps, the SC Air National Guard and the SC National Guard, he was retired from Spartan Mills and the City of Spartanburg and was a member of Green Street Baptist Church. Survivors include his sons, Ronnie Hall (Suzanne) and Chris Hall; grandson, David Hall and brother, Howard Hall (Linda) all of Spartanburg, SC. In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by a sister, Linda Cook. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Thursday, February 25, 2016, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel, 235 N. Church St., Spartanburg, SC 29306. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, February 26, 2016, in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, 1300 Fernwood-Glendale Rd., Spartanburg, SC 29307, conducted by the Rev. Joe Mosley.
