Donna Morris

Donna Joye Burnett Morris, 62, of Spartanburg, died Friday, January 21, 2011 from complications of Heart Disease at SRMC. Born, September 14, 1948 in Spartanburg, she was the daughter of the late Earl Lee and Frances Katherine Epps Burnett and wife of the late Paul D. Morris. Joye was a longtime Lowe's employee. Survivors include a daughter, Lisa McCarter and her husband James of Greenville, SC; two sons, Ricky Guy II of Spartanburg, SC and Matthew Guy and his wife Kiamesha of Phoenix, AZ; nine grandchildren, Gina and Pamela McCarter, Staci Hines, Steven and Timothy Guy, Ily, Matthew, Layla, and Cheyenne Guy. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM Sunday, January 23, 2011 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, January 24, 2011 at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Joel Gardner. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
