Donna Lee

Donna "Kay" Chappell Lee, 48, of Pacolet, SC, died Thursday, June 9, 2016, at Spartanburg Medical Center. Born April 21, 1968, in Easley, SC, she was the daughter of the late Lewis Ray and Margaret Frances Hill Chappell. A 1986 graduate of Broome High School, Kay was a member of Calvary Hill Baptist Church and was employed at Lighthouse Fish Camp. Survivors include her husband, Larry "Bo" Blaine Lee; children, Matthew Blaine Lee, Justin Ray Lee, Jacob Bradley Lee, and Alexis Paige Lee, all of Pacolet, SC; and sisters, Renee Parrott of Greer, SC and Sandra Mahaffey (Jeff) of Spartanburg, SC. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by brothers, Jimmy Ray Chappell and Tommy Joel Chappell. Visitation will be 1:00-1:45 PM Monday, June 13, 2016, at Calvary Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 PM, at the church, conducted by the Rev. Bill Pickel. Burial will be in Pacolet Memorial Gardens, 141 Memorial Dr., Pacolet, SC 29372. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Hill Baptist Church Missions, 7210 South Pine Street, Pacolet, SC 29372.
