Donald Mckittrick

Donald Ray McKittrick, 67, of 5220 Highway 221, died Tuesday, August 25, 2009, at his home. Born September 9, 1941, in Cherokee County, SC, he was the son of the late James and Rozelle Oakes McKittrick. He was first married to the late Evelyn Yarbrough McKittrick and then to the late Ruth Alman McKittrick. He was retired from Arrow Automotive, attended Fairforest Church of God, and was a U.S. Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. Survivors include two brothers, Jimmy McKitrick and his wife Kathy of Roebuck, and Woodrow McKitrick and his wife Barbara of Stone Station; two nephews, Stanley Ray McKittrick of Woodruff, and Jimmy Lee McKitrick of Roebuck; and two nieces, Vickie Ash of Lockhart, and Lori McKitrick of Roebuck. Visitation will be 7:00-9:00 p.m. Thursday, August 27, 2009, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday, August 28, 2009, at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel conducted by the Rev. Jos Ortiz and the Rev. Bobby Rhymer. Burial will be in Hillcrest Memory Gardens in Greer. The family is at the home.
