Donald Mahaffey, Jr.

Donald Coan Mahaffey, Jr. 50, of Spartanburg, formerly of Lake Worth, FL, died Monday May 31, 2010 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born May 2, 1960 in Spartanburg, SC, he was the son of Donald C. Mahaffey, Sr. of Greer and Linda Green Holt of Chapin. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University, he was the owner of D. Coan Mahaffey Upholstery and a member of Green Street Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his step-mother, Sandra Mahaffey of Greer. A Celebration of Life service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Thursday, June 3, 2010 at Green Street Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Thomas Moore. Visitation will follow the service at the Church.
