Don Wall

Don Wall, 67, of Moore, SC died Thursday, January 13, 2011 at Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. Born August 6, 1943 in Tellico Plains, TN, he was the son of the late Claude and Dorothy Powers Wall and husband of the late Lynda McFarland Wall. He was retired from Milliken & Company, Judson Plant, as a Quality Improvement Specialist and was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War. Survivors include a son, Don Wall of Rockville, MD, a daughter, Kimberly Kaye George of Spartanburg, a brother, Clyde Wall of Knoxville, TN, two granddaughters, April Lampkin and Stacy Lampkin both of Spartanburg, and four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be 6:00-6:45 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2011 at Floyd's North Church Street Chapel. A Memorial Service will follow at 7:00 p.m. in the Chapel, conducted by the Rev. Dr. Keith Taylor. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the American Cancer Society, 154 Milestone Way, Greenville, SC 29615. The family is at their respective homes.
